Week ending 4-4-21 Well childs, going to California

This was a great week. I went through lots of stuff we have, did many errands, babysat, celebrated Nathan's birthday, and went on a trip to my mom's for spring break.

Monday: Cleaning out one of Andy's junk drawers. I told him I'd take a picture of some of his paper creations for him to remember them and then we'd have to throw them away. He has a couple of paper cellos or guitars, a piano, Monopoly, Candy Land, razor, laptop, and several other creations. :)
The girls took this of all the doll clothes they're getting rid of. They have way too much!
Andy's list of "ways to get stronger."
Tuesday: Samuel stepped on a rusty nail. Injury #1 of the week.
Nathan came over and played with the kids on his birthday.  For his presents Andy gave him... what else but a paper shaving cream and razor. :)
Wednesday: Getting 7 kids' well childs in (in shifts) before we move.
Talea was so cute doing the eye test.
Waiting for the doctor.
Andy wanted to go first.
Thursday: While I was packing the van for our spring break trip Makenna split her chin open on the dining room table bench. Injury #2 of the week. She was hoping for stitches but it wasn't deep enough so she only got glue and steri strips. But I'm glad we went to urgent care because it was fun and I trusted they'd do a good job.

It was shallow but very wide. I would have butterflied it but with an out of state trip I wanted Urgent Care to take care of it for peace of mind.

Friday: We stopped at the Salt Flats rest stop to switch drivers so I thought we should get out and touch the salt. We never have before with all the times I've driven through. And this is the last chance we have since we'll be living on the other side of the country.

Getting those driving hours in!
The kids all being fantastic travelers as always.
The next car trip we take will be to our new home in Virginia, which we're all excited for.
Saturday: Lunch at Mama's. Living the good life.
Going for a walk to the mailbox with Mama.

Watching conference

Andy took these 2.

Digging a house.
