Tuesday night we went to a pie party. I'm not a fan of pie but my kids are and I didn't want to miss out on a holiday party. Especially one in this ward that we'll be so sadly leaving soon.
Nathan was out with the Elders so I was glad Lori was here to help me with Samuel.
Wednesday we cleaned and packed. Lori did the best job of the bathroom ever!!
Everything I tried to pack the kids wanted to play with even if they haven't played with it in years. So here's a picture of me trying to pack holding Anderson while everyone else plays and reads. :)
The bedroom about done--or at least ready for Grandma and PeePaw to stay in it.
Lori took these next 4 pictures.
Sam playing on the bottom bunk.
Playing a game on Lori's ipod.
What Sam looked like when Lori went to bed that night.
Thanksgiving morning: Grandma meeting Anderson for the first time.
Dinner's almost ready!
Is it time to sit down and eat yet?
Fourteen people crowded around a table for 6!
Spencer wore this same outfit and was sitting on the couch just like this on his first Thanksgiving.
I can't remember what we were watching--maybe the football game?
Here's everyone hanging out anyway.
Sam and Kenna sharing the crib cause we were a little short on beds. (Normally Anderson sleeps in it, but he slept in the bassinet.)
Eating lunch on the trampoline. We had beautiful warm weather Thanksgiving weekend.
Friday was a work day. PeePaw and Nathan worked on making a new shed door and got the kids involved.
Grandma stuck a sign in our yard and spent the whole day cleaning our carpet.
Lori put on a Michigan football party for everyone.
She made this cute cheese dip and cooked lots of food.
Sunday we blessed Anderson at nearly 3 months old.
We're glad to have Nathan's parents and my sister here for it.
Nathan's parents
Alexis and her big buddy, Anderson
Lori has a nice camera so she did a little photo shoot with him.
