Week ending 6-30-19

Sorry, I finished this on Sunday but somehow never posted it!
Sunday night: Madalyn was helping Tilly use upside down crutches as stilts to walk all over the house. They had so much fun.

Monday Kylie went to help Sara clean her house and the other 3 older kids went to youth conference so I only had the youngest 6 for FHE. It was pretty lonely so we made edible playdoh and spent the whole evening playing with it.

Thursday: Eating school lunch at a school close to where Spencer had to take a drivers ed test.
Afterward I went to the temple and had a really special experience.
Then we went cherry picking at a friend's house.

Tilly is learning how to fake smile and sometimes it's really funny.

The picture taker

Saturday: Talea's 2nd birthday!
A terrible picture but I wanted to get her wild hair she woke up with.

Helping me make birthday brownies (which she ended up not eating. :))

Eating Annie's Mac and cheese as her choice of lunch.
Spencer was at a friend's house far away but it was nice to have everyone else home.

Opening a dress.
Opening some matryoshka dolls.
And some little horses and barn that someone gave us at Christmas but I saved for her birthday.
I loved how all of the kids crowded around her and showered her with love and adoration.
No 2 year old could be more loved.
When Talea climbed on the bench and saw the match ready to be lit she stuck it in her brownies. :)

I didn't get a good picture, but she's so cute on her bike and really good at riding it too.
I did get a good video.

Sunday: Our good friends, the Webbers came to church with us and over to our house afterward. Jared works for the US embassy so they've lived in Uzbekistan, Malaysia and most recently Dominican Republic for the past 4 years. Their next post is Lima Peru, but while they're in the states for training they're vising family and us!
That's Julianne playing with Tilly's new toys with my kids anxiously showing her. My kids flocked to her and she's one of those people who really takes an interest in you and treats you special.
Some of the kids eating lunch.
All 15 of our kids.
Group hug good bye!
Nathan giving mission advice to Christoff who is leaving for Las Vegas in 2 weeks.
