Kaitlyn riding around in a wheelbarrow.
(Excuse the hair. We had been doing yard work before we left and didn't get it combed cute.)
Nathan with a big pumpkin Spencer insisted he get.
We went home and had dinner and family home evening. After the lesson we made sugar cookies for activity and treats. We never get to do this with Daddy either. It was a lot of fun.
A couple of weeks later we carved the pumpkins.
Lexi carved hers with a sad face and tears. I'm not sure why, she just wanted one crying.
Nathan's had a huge grin.
Bad picture of me but everyone wanted a picture of me looking like my pumpkin.
A few nights later we lighted them.
For Halloween Kaitlyn was a patient, the girls were all nurses, and the boys were doctors. At the ward party we had an operating room where the kids came in and played Operation to get their candy.
The bassinet was decorated to be an ambulance for Kaitlyn to ride in, but she wouldn't stay still in it and didn't really like it. I thought we had forgotten our camera so I didn't get any pictures of the family dressed up or the boys in their lab coats, but then after we got home I realized the camera was in the stroller, which we had with us the whole time. Of course!

Maybe Lexis' pumpkin was crying because it didn't want to be carved. :)
